Shipping & Return Policies

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping

Orders of “In Stock” items typically ship within 24 hours of the order being received, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders of “At Supplier Warehouse” items may take up to an additional 14 days to ship or longer due to supplier inventory and freight delays. Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. We do not ship outside the contiguous United States.

Delivery

Orders with “Delivery” selected as the shipment option will be contacted the next normal business day (Monday – Friday), excluding holidays, to arrange delivery. Deliveries will be scheduled for weekdays. Employees will be masked when delivering item(s) and we ask customers to also wear a mask when receiving delivered items.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

Returns

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Subject to the terms below, all new bicycles and car racks may be returned within 7 days, and all other merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund. Terms: All merchandise must be in new, unused condition in original packaging and/or with tags attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt, and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Food items are not returnable or exchangeable. Custom built bikes are not returnable or exchangeable. New bicycles or car racks that have been used may be returned for partial credit at the sole discretion of a manager.

Bikes valued over $5000 will be subject to a restocking fee in the minimum amount of 10% of the retail value of the bike. The restocking fees are subject to increase based on the condition of the bike.

Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. Labor is not refundable. Shipping and handling charges or fees are not refundable. 

APPAREL-SPECIFIC POLICY

Shoes, helmets, shorts, and jerseys that have been worn or soiled are not returnable or exchangeable. The 10% restocking fee may be waived for exchanges for like items. 

USED BIKES

Used bicycles are sold “as is” without any warranty and are not returnable or exchangeable and may not be used as a trade-in on the purchase of a new bicycle.

SALE MERCHANDISE

All sales of “on sale” or otherwise discounted merchandise of any kind are final.

ONLINE SALES

All online sales are subject to the same return policies as stated above. Feel free to return items purchased online in-store at any of our locations. Please have your receipt or order confirmation present when making a return. If you are unable to visit one of our locations, please email info@cardinalbicycle.com to start your return process. 

For online sales the return/exchange policy begins from the shipper’s confirmed delivery date.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us.
